no hands! ella stood today for several seconds at a time several times over without holding onto anything at all and even lowered herself down onto her bottom without plopping at all. she was so proud of herself.

we had a great time out in the yard this afternoon together. elenora was enjoying the grass, clover, flowers, and leaves. she's starting to be more interested in looking at them and handling them than in eating them, which is nice.

she's been laughing a lot lately. this morning i hiccoughed and she started giggling.

the nights are cool now, and even during the day today i wore a sweater throughout.

i got a call from momby today and the tests were all clear of cancer. we're so relieved. they still have to figure out what it was they saw, and there was mention of crohn's disease... so more prayers necessary, but at least it's not cancer.
