elenora knows the difference between the questions "where are your feet?" and "where are mommy/daddy's feet?"

we've been chilling today. just enjoying each other and our home. i'm so happy to be here. ella has been so happy and napping so beautifully without crying. which is a relief, since i'd started to worry that my happy-go-lucky, independent baby who has been sleeping so well had had a personality shift that could not be repaired due to the trauma of being schlepped across the country.

it's nice to see she'll go back to being herself.

now that i have a nice new car, i'm not going to drive anywhere.
