teething?

so this time if it doesn't result in actual teeth i will be highly surprised. for one week i had my happy ella back and then she started waking during the night and then she started waking during her naps, and now she's sitting on my lap eating a popsicle because she bursts into tears every time i put her down.

we've been up since 5 am, having woken twice before that. unfortunately j. and i chose last night to stay up late watching a movie after an evening out to dinner.

her nose is runny with a very watery run, and she's drooling so much more than the past two months. i've been through about five bibs already today.

her little gums seem to be all swollen. i keep wondering if all of her teeth will just suddenly come in at one time since she's waited so long to have any teeth come in.

poor baby.

it's the perfect june day outside. not too hot, but if i knew of a place to take ella in a pool i would pull on her cute suit and take her.

my old car has my beach sticker on it. of course.
