photos of our afternoon...from my new camera

j. got me a new camera for my birthday. hurray! now i can finally upload photos easily onto our new computer. get ready for blog posts full of color!

(for some reason blogger's quality of photo has really gone down lately... these photos look much clearer on my imac than in this post. if you click on them they get big and clear, so maybe they're just too big for blogger... gotta figure that out.)

aurora and s. came over this afternoon and we had a muffin and pear picnic outside and let the girls go crazy with finger paints and paint brushes.

they're really good about playing well together and sharing.

when they got tired of that activity, we took a walk downtown to the river and ran around there until dinner time.
