Ella, today, after I put a couple of Lego's together: "Oh, mommy! That's very operative!"
(I have no idea where that word came from, but according to Merriam-Websters, she used it efficaciously.)

How in the world did she know that word? She is amazing!
It might prove advantagious that her mother is an editor.
